Oral Health and Diabetes Health Literacy Study

Data from this study will be used in the development of an educational intervention to improve patient-provider communication about oral health and type 2 diabetes.  The training module will aim to improve knowledge, understanding, and communication skills in dentists, dental hygienists, dental students, and other health care providers and educators.
