Led by nursing professors at Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand, Dr. Panan Pichayapinyo developed a Diabetes IVR platform, building on CMCD’s previous work in Diabetes management and education. This platform was installed in the cloud, to enable immediate deployment and cost-effective VoIP calls to be delivered to participants in Thailand. This on-going pilot project aims to provide more extensive Diabetes outreach and education.
